What is the difference between a homecare bed and a hospital bed?


A homecare bed, is functionally the same as a hospital bed. With the electric bed hand control you can raise or lower the height, backrest and knee brake. The bed is designed to be dismantled, so it can be easily installed in a room at your home.
 

 

What size is a homecare / hospital bed?
The standard size of bed for hire is 85cm wide for a single. You can also choose a wider bed including king single (110cm in width), and for wide mattress hire options please call 0800 238 523.

What mattress options do I have?
We provide all our hire beds with mattresses that reduce or relieve pressure.
